Whether you’re a first-time mom or a Mom of 3, positive self-affirmations can help us counteract the challenges of Motherhood.
Being new to the parenting world, there’s no doubt that you sometimes feel overwhelmed. Since we just celebrated Mother’s Day, I have listed 10 more Positive Self-Affirmations to help moms thrive the struggles of motherhood.

I can get through this and it gets better every day.
As a new mom, I felt this. Admit or not, each one of us went through the newborn stage. Yes, it’s awesome and fulfilling but there were days when you feel hopeless with the neverending cries of the baby in spite of you doing almost everything. Don’t worry, it gets better soon.

I can face any struggle with an open mind.
Motherhood is tough. It’s rewarding but there will be days when you are trying your best yet you feel you’re not enough. Tell yourself this. Be open-minded with whatever circumstances you may encounter. You can do this Mama!

I am exactly what my child needs.
No one else in this world knows your smell, your touch and your voice except your child. It’s you who can comfort him/her. Your gesture and your hugs make a huge difference. You are exactly what your child needs.

I am learning about strengths I didn’t know I had.
Ever thought you have that Mother instinct in you? This is something that no one else has taught. You are amazing. You are doing a great job! You are flexible in your day just to meet your child’s needs. You are able to multitask in order to accomplish things for yourself, your child and your family. Keep strong Mama.

I become a more confident mother with each new day.
In the beginning, do you think every Mom has all the tools and resources on how to raise a child? It’s all about experience and everyday learning. As you go through stages, you will discover a whole different version of yourself. You become more confident in your role. You become more responsible in everything you do. Take pride of who you are. You are amazing.

I am the most important influence on my child’s life.
You may feel tired and exhausted in caring for your children but remind yourself that you are the biggest influence of their lives. You are the reason they exist and you are the light of the family. You are loved and you are important.

I have a little human with me who’s uniquely raised by no one else but me.
Being the mother and the light of the family, your existence is far greater than anyone else. There may be books and resources out there about parenting but no one else knows your child except you. You are unique.

I am becoming a new version of myself since I became a mom.
I remember the days when I feel stressed of little things when left undone. Being a new mom, you become a better version of yourself. You are no longer thinking about your own but of two. You care and you truly are changing for the better.

I am strong and I am in charge of my child’s future.
As you become a better version of yourself, you are becoming an even more responsible individual. Be proud of being a mother. You are raising a child whose future lies on you. Look up. You can do it.

I am a hero of my own child.
Your child needs you. Your child loves you. From conception to birth and up to this day, you are taking care of your child’s life. You are a hero Mama.

I hope you were able to embrace these Positive Self-Affirmations and start telling these to yourself. When you feel down, exhausted and hopeless, keep in mind that you are doing amazing.

These are such lovely self-affirmations for moms! Most of the time, my affirmation is mostly “One day they’ll move out, one day they’ll move out”, lol. I’m a single parent and I have my kids 24/7 so it is STRESSFUL! And I’m always second-guessing whether I’m doing it right. Thanks so much for sharing these affirmations!

Yes! I absolutely love this! Love affirmations. I started doing affirmations everyday with my toddler and my baby. “I am enough” is in the rotation. I never thought of coming up with affirmations specific to being a mom but I just love these and want to remember them all. Will be back for more 😉
MamaBuzz
Thank you. Yes I think it’s something that we need to look back every time we feel down or lost. I would love to write more of these so I can make it a habit for myself too. 🙂
