Simple habit changes can truly make a difference and if we are diligent enough, we can attain our goals in no time!

With a few changes in your daily habits, you can increase the quality of your life instantly!
In my opinion, healthy living is not living more than anyone or saying goodbye to life.
A healthy life to us means minimizing life-long health problems, creating a high-quality mind and body duo… getting rid of excesses, feeling light but fit, getting useful values with the right food, being active by keeping the body active and these are just among the primary factors.
So how much of this good life ritual do you successfully perform?
If you think you do not have enough motivation and time, let me immediately state that we are not good with excuses. Your busyness should not take precedence over your priorities.
Create the priorities that work for you and follow them. Find out what you need for a better life and follow these tips.
STEP # 1:CONTINUOUS MOTION
You have no reason to stop and not move. Your miraculous body you are in is always programmed to act. The system encounters problems while trying to fulfill its function unless you stop or move.
Joints, bones, and metabolism suddenly surprise you of what could happen and health problems are beginning to emerge.
The proverb “The iron that does not work does not rust” should stay there. Try to always remember that so as not to harm your health…
STEP #2: TAKE A REGULAR AND BALANCED EXERCISE
Aside from the indispensable walk of an active life, do other forms of exercise.
Phrases such as “I am not doing sports, but I walk every day” are frequently encountered.
However, the intensive pace, high pulse fat burning, or increasing muscle mass have a completely different purpose than walking.
Therefore, at this point, it stands out from the walking activity. So do
not confuse walking and exercise. You can still walk wherever you can walk… But do not forget to create the exercise plan and provide your body with the order it needs!
STEP #3: EAT HEALTHY MEALS
You already know that sugary, salty or bad carbohydrate foods do not have a positive effect on metabolism.
However, it is a fact that these food are also assertive about taste. When this is the case, it may be difficult for some to have the will and prefer healthy and light food.
Wanting to give up bad eating habits is the first condition to be fed healthy. You just decide to get energy from good foods. The rest will come like ripped socks, and you will keep your distance from those harmful foods that you say you can never leave.
You will do good to your body by eating vegetables and fruits, preferring meat as low-fat as possible, and getting help from good carbohydrates and fatty acids.
Moreover, you will feel lighter than ever before!
STEP # 4: STAY AWAY FROM ALCOHOL
We do not know what your purpose in this life is, but we are sure that your aim is to live healthily for many years like everyone else.
You are responsible for the body you are in and nobody will benefit your body except you. Try to do your best to take good care of it, make a decision and remove alcohol from your life.
Do not be unfair to your liver, heart, skin, stomach and digestive system. Take a big step towards healthy living by choosing fresh juices instead of alcohol.
STEP # 5: WAKE UP EARLY
I know it may sound creepy and not motivating and I know that sleep is not unpopular. Who doesn’t want to wake up at any time without getting up early!
But it is imperative to get up early to be able to get things done and get on a regular basis and to be punctual.
If you have irregular waking hours, it will be enough to wake up in the same early hour just a few mornings in a row. The rest will come
by itself, and perhaps you will not even need to hear the alarm.

STEP # 6: DRINK WATER, WATER, WATER!
Is there anything that feels better than water? Of course not.
Water, which has a cleansing and purifying effect from your skin to your organs, is your best friend on the road to a healthy life.
Remember that you should drink water for every opportunity you get and take the bottle of water you carry in your bag.
If you forget about drinking water, you can turn on notifications of a water application that you can download through your smartphone and this may help you on track.
STEP # 7: HAVE PROPER ORAL AND DENTAL CARE
Smile because it’s contagious. It emits positive waves and you will do good to yourself and those around you.
However, it is very important to feel comfortable especially in big smiles. You should consider the health of your body, your mouth, and teeth as a subject in itself.
Do not interrupt your dental check-ups regularly every six months. Brushing the teeth alone is not enough. Give the right to this
ritual with the help of the dentist that will be good for your oral health!
STEP # 8: DEAL WITH STRESS
Work, money, family, friend or spouse… We do not know which of your stresses show up, but it is certain that you need to remove stress from your life!
It is very easy to say, but at least you can minimize it by doing studies for this.
Especially with its big city life, traffic and crowd, it prepares
the ground for creating stressors. Meetings, appointments, or queues expected in the bank line up can prevent daily flow.
With this, I recommend doing breathing exercises to cope with stress. Get away from anger, excitement, and so on.
STEP # 9: BRING COMFORT AND FLEXIBILITY
Nobody expects you to be flexible like a tire, so rest assured.
Let me also state that the flexibility level of each body is different.
As your muscles and joints allow you so, do exercises that increase
flexibility without straining yourself. Especially when you wake up in the morning, have a stretching exercise consisting of five or six movements.
Strengthen your body and contribute to the stretching activities such as yoga and pilates. Remember that a proper posture that comes with pilates, the flexible muscle structure that comes with yoga will help protect you from most health problems when you age.
STEP # 10: IMPROVE YOUR MINDSET
I should admit, that is the most important part. You may be going through a troubled, unwilling or uncertain process where your mind is full. But don’t worry, nothing lasts forever!
Moreover, when you decide to start seeing the good, everything is easier and faster, as long as you want to start feeling good and moving away from anxiety in your mind.
Get help. It may even be good to start exercising to get through this period. As long as you take care of yourself and create your private space and time, I am sure that all the things that make you feel bad in your mind will fly away.
STEP # 11: HAVE A GOOD SLEEP
We talked about the importance of getting up early.
When you start getting up early, your sleep will come before it’s too late at night. This means that you go to bed early, give a chance to get up early
, and get quality sleep indispensable.
Every day when you sleep, you will feel more vigorous than ever
before. Good sleep will also increase your metabolism!
STEP 12: EAT FISH
In healthy eating, fish is among the food that should be consumed due to its high omega-3 content.
Fish consumption reduces the risk of coronary heart disease, lowers total cholesterol levels, and has a protective effect against various cancers.
It is recommended to consume 2 portions of fish a week for cardiovascular health. Therefore, determine at least 2 days of the week as Fish day!
STEP #13: MAKE YOUR BRAIN ACTIVE
Make your brain more active by solving puzzles, reading books, or playing logic games.
For example, did you know that puzzle-solving helps to prevent age-related neurological disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease?
If you are one of those who say I don’t have time to read a book during the day, read it for 30 minutes before sleeping. Reading a book before bedtime signals your body that it’s time to sleep. This allows your body to prepare for sleep slowly and sleep more comfortably.
STEP # 14: HALF YOUR PLATE WITH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
Fruits and vegetables are one of the indispensable food groups of our daily diet.
It has many health benefits with its various vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

STEP # 15: HAVE A POSITIVE OUTLOOK IN LIFE

As long as you turn your perspective positively, there is nothing that you cannot overcome. You just keep your hopes fresh and your shoulders upright!
