Quote of the Day 008: The Habit
It’s Throwback Thursday. Today’s quote speaks about habits.
I remember my good old days…late in classes, work, meet ups, and appointments. I would rather be the last than be the one waiting.
As I grew up, I realized that it’s actually stressful. I hate rushing and being disorganized. It might feel good in the beginning but it’s not what it’s supposed to be. Respect of one’s time is important.
Motherhood then changed me even more. I learned how to prepare 2-3 hours ahead because I now think not just about myself but with another person. Thus, breaking the chain of habitual tardiness is a change I’m happy about. Planning and preparing ahead of time creates productivity.
How about you? What habit makes you feel good but is actually not good for you? Share your thoughts!

Giving time to others (more than required) , putting their interests and happiness before mine. Looking after them, forgetting that I’m too human who needs to be looked after, who need to be cared for. Seeing others happy makes my day but I realise that I need to take out time for self reflection too.
Thank you for sharing this amazing post! ❤❤

Yes it’s true..I love to give than to receive too. Sometimes it drains me to think and worry about others not realizing my own self is important as well..thanks for sharing your thoughts!

I felt this way today, as well. I woke up with neck pain, and it took me a little time to start, but I began the healing process.
